Welcome to the DCC•VOCO Choir Member Platform, Choir Genius! 🎶

We’re excited to introduce Choir Genius, our new all-in-one system for managing your choir experience. This platform includes registration, communication, rehearsal and performance schedules, payment and account management, music resources, and even a mobile app! Please read the information provided below, and then proceed to create your account.

Important Information:

You will create your parent/master account. This account will be used to manage singer acounts and registration.
Once your account is created, you will then create your child's (member) profile with the option to add additional children as needed.
Each child will have their own profile and will be assigned to the appropriate choir or ensemble in the chosen registration track.
A second parent/guardian should create their own account and the accounts will be linked by the Admin as needed.
Parents do not register as "members."

What You’ll Need:

Your basic contact information - cell numbers, address, etc.
Your child’s contact info, the choir/ensemble they have been placed in, any allergy/medical details, food preferences, emergency contact info.
Insurance information for your child/children.
Payment method (card, ACH information) as needed. All payments are processed through Stripe.
DCC Tuition assistance code as needed. Tuition Information and Discount Codes

Create your account:

1. Please click on the "Create a New Account" link below.

2. You will see a "Registration:Important Info" page with three options. CHOOSE THE MIDDLE OPTION: "I WANT TO REGISTER *ONE OR MORE CHILDREN* INTO THIS GROUP"!

3. Please provide your email address so that you can receive a verification code.

4. Check your email for the verification code (be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don't see the email).

5. Enter the code and then you can continue to create your account.

Once the registration process is complete, you'll receive confirmation and next steps from the choir leadership.
